Ready to book house cleaning online with Ecoverde? Here is exactly what happens after you submit the form above.

Choose your service. Select recurring, deep, or move-in/out cleaning, then tell us about your home size and any special requests. Our online booking form calculates an instant price so you know the cost before you commit — no phone calls or in-home estimates required.

Pick a day and time. Choose an appointment window that works for your schedule. Most homes in Washington, DC and Montgomery County, MD can be booked within a few days, and same-week appointments are often available for recurring customers.

We won’t charge you until your cleaning service has been completed. Once you book your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email from our Customer Happiness Team with your cleaning technician’s name and an arrival window, so you always know who to expect.

On cleaning day, a trained, background-checked, and insured Ecoverde technician arrives with eco-friendly supplies and equipment, unless you’d prefer we use products already in your home. You don’t need to be present for the appointment as long as we have parking, entry, and pet instructions.

After the visit, our team follows up to make sure everything meets our Great Clean Guarantee. If anything was missed, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll send someone back to make it right at no extra cost.

Managing your account is easy too. Reschedule an appointment, add extra services like inside-the-fridge or inside-the-oven cleaning, or set up a recurring plan for weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits — all without picking up the phone. Many customers who book house cleaning online start with a one-time deep clean and then switch to a recurring plan once they see how much time it frees up.

If you are not sure which service fits your home, our cleaning checklist breaks down exactly what is included in every visit, from kitchens and bathrooms to bedrooms and common areas. Because we care about the products used in your home, our eco-friendly options are chosen with guidance from resources like the EPA Safer Choice program, which certifies cleaning products that meet stricter health and environmental standards.
